Y-Knot is a family owned and operated outdoor adventure destination located near the entrance to Desolation Sound Marine Park in British Columbia, Canada. Reserve now and end your search for a fun and relaxing holiday destination. We stock no gear and we cannot issue licenses however these can be picked up in Powell River or nearby at Lund. Remember to bring your valid B.C. fishing licenses, a copy of current regulations and a fishing rod for all fishermen. We are a short walk from the Sunshine Coast Hiking Trail and if you like to fish, you can rent an open fishing skiff with an outboard motor. In addition to cabins, camping, canoe and kayak rentals we also provide affordable guided sightseeing tours and charters into Desolation Sound Marine Park and the surrounding area. We store solar energy to power the cabin lights in the evening. We are not on the public electricity grid. Our facilities are simple, rustic and unpretentious. We offer a straight-forward path to an enjoyable outdoor holiday. We are 6 km south-east of Lund in Okeover Inlet. Pacific Coast Hwy 101 ends 28 km north of Powell River at the coastal settlement of Lund. Situated about 160 km (100 miles) north of Vancouver is the town of Powell River. Y-Knot !!!.
